To escape the tolerance of reading time by scales and numbers, Kairos draws inspiration from natural cycles and rhythms, the rising and setting of the sun. It's a timepiece that aligns with these cycles, allowing individuals to connect with the natural world and perceive time through its patterns.

The distinction between art and artifacts lies in their historical context and functionality. Shifting the notion of preciousness from museums to daily life, considering everyday objects as art challenges perception. This extends to human interactions.

Exploring time, a painting-like timekeeping artifact emerges, blending artistry with functionality. The painting depicts a sun which rises , peaks and then sets again based on the time of the day.The light source have been designed to give the overall feeling of a warm sun.It uses an ESP32 and NTP to get the local time.

It offers a harmonious relationship with time, visually representing its rhythm and progression. Instead of inducing anxiety, it provides a mindful experience of time's passing, allowing us to observe and embody its essence.
